Meet Gila
A curious traveler of the human spirit, Gila Seritcioglu has spent her life walking beside leaders, dreamers, and seekers, helping them rediscover the joy, life energy and strength that already lives within them. She believes a strong leadership presence and transformation begins not with striving, but with listening: to the body, to the heart, and to the silent wisdom of being. With a gift for creating spaces that feel both safe and alive, Gila invites people to return to their center, awaken their creativity, and step into the fullness of who they are. Her work is more than coaching; it is an invitation to reconnect with life itself.

As an executive coach, she partners with C-level leaders and global organizations, guiding them to lead with clarity, authenticity, and impact. Coming Back to Center
Coming Back to Center is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters. In a world that pulls us in countless directions, this work offers a grounding space , a place to listen deeply to ourselves, to realign with our values, and to remember the inner steadiness that is always available beneath the noise. It’s about returning to the quiet strength at the core of who we are, where clarity, resilience, and creativity naturally arise.
Designed for leaders, teams, and individuals navigating complexity and change, Coming Back to Center weaves together somatic practices, expressive arts, reflective inquiry, and experiential processes to create profound and lasting transformation. Drawing on embodied practices inspired by Aikido, leadership presence work, and the wisdom and sensitivity of horses, we explore how balance, alignment, and authentic influence emerge not from force but from connection with ourselves, with others, and with life itself. Held in nature, which serves as a powerful vessel and co-facilitator for transformation, this work invites participants to slow down, open up, and reconnect with their essential vitality. It guides people to lead and live from presence, cultivating the balance, authenticity, and aliveness needed to thrive in today’s fast-moving world.
